📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, strategic partnerships, and industry networking.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute corporate development strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Manage and nurture key relationships with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present comprehensive business development reports and proposals to the executive team.
• Oversee the execution of business development projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Represent NTUC First Campus at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish strategic alliances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, business development, or a similar role in the education or related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
• Strong understanding of the education industry and its key players, trends, and challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using business development tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
