With a minimum of 8 years of experience in performance management and transformation, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

• Lead and manage a team of performance professionals to drive strategic initiatives that transform organizational performance and culture.
• Develop and implement performance management systems using tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Conduct performance assessments and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align performance strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the successful execution of performance initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance management and transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
