📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company's IT assets.,Assist in the organization and management of the IT department's resources.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic IT security practices and principles.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
