📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor sales targets and implement measures to achieve and exceed them.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to address concerns and provide feedback.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and resources effectively.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to make strategic decisions and drive branch performance.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
