As a Corporate Legal Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing legal advice to the management team. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all legal aspects of our operations are handled efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and company policies.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and laws.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to the management team.
• Managing and maintaining legal records and documentation.
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in the law.
• Representing the company in legal matters as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law or legal compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
