📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them make informed decisions about their education and future.,Assist students in navigating the university application process, including preparing applications, essays, and recommendations.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational events to enhance students' knowledge and skills.,Maintain regular communication with students to monitor their progress and address any concerns or challenges they may face.,Collaborate with faculty and other educational professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.,Keep up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to provide students with relevant and valuable information.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in education consulting, student advising, or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and their families.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.,Proficiency in using educational software and tools to support students in their academic journey.,Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and other educational professionals.,Understanding of Indonesian education system and cultural context is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
