📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
  • Monitor and report on the company's ESG performance.
  • Lead and coordinate ESG initiatives across the organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure ESG compliance and best practices.
  • Stay updated on ESG trends and best practices in the footwear industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive ESG initiatives and improvements.
  • Ensure that ESG considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on ESG topics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG or sustainability roles, preferably in the footwear industry.
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in leading and managing ESG projects and initiatives.
