📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Track and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.,Handle fleet-related administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to fleet management.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
