📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the company.

  • Manage and mentor the management team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Represent the company in public and external meetings and events.
  • Monitor and analyze company performance and make data-driven decisions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing organizations.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills with a focus on innovation and growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
