In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Manage and train junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance and sales data.,Support the Store Manager in implementing store policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to different store locations as required.
