📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, and picking.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor and report on inventory accuracy and warehouse performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
