NEXA Indonesia is looking for an experienced Lead Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the organization achieve their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure they are delivered as per company policy.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
