VERTEX Indonesia is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Bintaro. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Quality Assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.,Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and report defects and issues.,Collaborate with developers to ensure that software products meet the highest standards of quality.,Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that QA activities align with project goals and timelines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.,Ensure that QA activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal impact on project timelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Engineering, with a proven track record of success in leading QA teams.,Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.,Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and TestNG.
