📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
