📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
