Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including production, logistics, and customer service.Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.Managing a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.Leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.Ensuring the safety and well-being of all staff and visitors to the workplace.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
