📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and freshness of pastries and desserts by following food safety guidelines.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed.,Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and customer demands.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food service.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry and dessert preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry techniques and ingredients.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
