📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and overseeing the production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.,Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.,Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on finished products.,Maintaining and updating production records and reports.,Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements.,Ensuring the availability of raw materials and other resources for production.,Training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate machinery.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.,Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
