📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the sales and marketing efforts in the assigned area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure consistent brand messaging and product offerings.,Conduct regular site visits to assess customer satisfaction and address any concerns.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
