📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus.
