📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure the banquet facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.,Manage staff and ensure they are properly trained and motivated.,Oversee the budget for banquet events and ensure financial targets are met.,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.,Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during banquet events.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Strong leadership and organizational skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to banquet events.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Proven track record of successful banquet events.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
