📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for marine and coastal construction projects.,Analyzing project requirements and specifications to ensure cost-effective solutions.,Collaborating with project managers and engineers to refine estimates and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Monitoring project progress and adjusting estimates as necessary to reflect actual costs.,Preparing detailed cost reports and presentations for stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with budget constraints and project timelines.,Conducting risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies to manage project costs.,Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.,Proven experience in marine and coastal construction projects is a plus.,Strong understanding of cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
