📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documents.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.

Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Handle vendor invoices and payments.

Assist in the preparation of payroll for employees.

Provide administrative support to the finance manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance administration.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
