🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and driving culinary excellence.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, with a passion for innovation and creativity.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,A valid food handler's permit and any relevant certifications.
