📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.,Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Manage project budgets and ensure they are spent efficiently and effectively.,Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.,Ensure that all projects are completed to the satisfaction of our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Revit.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
