Up Smart Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from procurement to delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and warehouse operations.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities and transactions.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on supply chain performance and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP or supply chain management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve supply chain issues.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
