📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the manufacturing and logistics department.
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of product quality.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics, with the ability to implement and manage these systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze KPIs.
• Knowledge of quality control measures and safety regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
