📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance commercial performance and channel development.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Modern Trade and E-Commerce sectors.
• Manage and nurture key partnerships and relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial and channel development professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and channel development, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade and E-Commerce channels and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
