📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect pair of glasses or sunglasses.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various eyewear products to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Square or Clover.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s inventory by restocking and organizing products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the luxury eyewear industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in the eyewear industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear products, brands, and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 lbs.
