📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Proactively contact customers via telephone and WhatsApp to follow up on outstanding payments.
Provide clear and helpful solutions to customers with payment issues.
Document all customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collections and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor and report on collection metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to collections.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the advertising industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Good understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Certification in customer service or collections management is a plus.
