As a Handphone Technician (HP) at Geta Phone, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile devices. You'll work with the latest tools and software, including iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare, to ensure that every device we handle is restored to its optimal condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Use industry-leading tools and software such as iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare to ensure optimal device performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client is satisfied with the service provided.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that devices are repaired efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handphone Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mobile device repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
