📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervise and optimize production processes for medical devices, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including ISO 13485, FDA, and other relevant standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall manufacturing performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on medical devices or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, such as SAP, MES systems, and quality control software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel as required to support production operations and quality initiatives.
