📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance commercial performance and channel development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Modern Trade and E-Commerce sectors.
- Manage and nurture key partnerships and relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial and channel development professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and channel development, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade and E-Commerce channels and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
