📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs in accordance with ISO 37001 and ISO 37301:2021 standards.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Monitor and report on compliance activities to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on anti-bribery and compliance policies.
Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and incidents.
Ensure continuous improvement of the compliance management system through regular reviews and updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related field, with a focus on ISO 37001 and ISO 37301:2021 standards.
Certification in ISO 37001 or ISO 37301:2021 is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations, particularly those related to anti-bribery and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using compliance management software such as SAP GRC, ComplianceQuest, or similar.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
