📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems and operations, preferably in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
