MEPFS Engineer

In this role, you will work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure that all MEPFS systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project design. You will use industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, to create detailed drawings and specifications. Additionally, you will conduct regular site inspections and troubleshooting to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and install mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and troubleshooting to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate MEPFS systems into the overall project design.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEPFS engineering.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including as-built drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Suppression Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPFS engineering, with a strong background in designing, installing, and maintaining MEPFS systems.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Certification in relevant engineering disciplines, such as NCIDQ, BICSI, or NFPA, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
