📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations using SAP and other inventory management software.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely inventory updates.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and trends to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proficient in using SAP and other inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
